At the same time, the client is the only responsible about the election, the lost, subtraction or not authorized use of any password or identified code and the consequences that could derivate. COFFEE CENTER SL reserves the right to cancel the name of the user and the password of those users that have unpaid or debit balance.
Price Policy www.almahome.cat
COFFEE CENTER SL guarantees the price of the day that the purchase is made, independently of the day the delivery take place. All the prices published at www.almahome.cat include the VAT. The images of the products that the Client could visualize at the website are shown in terms to identify and to describe, and could be different of those finally delivered. COFFEE CENTER SL reserves the right to modify in an unilateral way, at any time and without previously advice, the prices of the products, as well as to cancel or suspend their sale in a temporary o definitive way.
The offers or promotions will be valid in a monthly/daily/quarterly term.
Order Delivery
COFFEE CENTER SL guarantees the existence of all the products that are offered at www.almahome.cat , in case the products are not available for all de clients and the quantity required, the Client will be inform about this circumstance.
The order will be delivered at the address and at the time scheduled at the order or the client could pick up the order in one of the sale point authorized in a term of 30 days from the day the Client accepted this last condition in an express way.
The delivery will take place from Monday to Friday, excepting the national, autonomous and local holiday days, and at the time schedule established with the Client. At the moment of the delivery, the Client should identify himself and should sign the delivery note giving his confirmation that the order has been delivered and accepted.
COFFEE CENTER SL will not assume any responsibility if the delivery is delayed when the cause of the delay is occasioned exclusively by the Client.
Nowadays COFFEE CENTER SL offers delivery services at the Spanish territory, excepting Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla.

Returns Policy
According to the article 4 of the Royal Decree 1906/99, 17th of December, the client will have up to 7 working days (beginning the day the client receives the order) to cancel the contract, because of claims or returns. In this case, the Client has the duty to return the purchased products and to pay the delivery costs that will be occasioned this return. It will not apply the right of returns policy when the product has been made according to client’ specification or clearly personalized. COFFEE CENTER SL compromises to refund the money of the order in a term of 30 days.

• PAY PAL. COFFEE CENTER SL guarantees to the client the total security of his transactions through PAY PAL.

If the transfer is not received by Coffee Center SL within the 10 following working days, the order will be cancel. This payment is valid only for transfers made from Spanish Banks
